About Me

  • I am passionate about helping people build stronger relationships and supporting individuals and couples as they navigate life’s challenges. I understand that therapy can be a vulnerable process that requires trust and safety. My approach is grounded in person-centered therapy, meaning I meet you where you are in your healing journey while providing thoughtful guidance and support. In our work together, I aim to both support and challenge you so you can create the meaningful changes you want in your life and relationships.

I have experience working with couples and incorporate principles from the Gottman Method, a research-based approach to couples therapy that focuses on strengthening communication, deepening emotional connection, and helping partners navigate conflict in healthier ways. My work is also informed by attachment theory and a trauma-informed perspective, which allows me to help individuals and couples better understand how past experiences shape current relationship patterns.

I am deeply committed to providing inclusive, compassionate care to people from all backgrounds. Human connection is essential to well-being, and everyone deserves a safe space to be heard and understood. My experience working in community mental health and behavioral health agencies serving underserved populations strengthened my dedication to making therapy accessible and supportive for all individuals and families.

My clinical experience includes providing outpatient services to individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder, and relationship challenges. Whether you are seeking support for personal growth or looking to strengthen your relationship, I strive to create a safe and collaborative environment where healing and growth can take place.

When you feel ready to begin your mental health journey, I would be honored to walk alongside you.
