About Me

  • Hello! My passion is helping people strengthen their relationships, find emotional balance, and experience greater connection and meaning in their lives through compassionate, evidence-based care.

I have specialized training in the Gottman Method for couples therapy, an approach grounded in decades of research on what helps relationships thrive. I work with couples to improve communication, deepen friendship and emotional connection, manage conflict in healthier ways, and rebuild trust when relationships feel strained. My approach is collaborative and structured, helping partners better understand each other’s needs while learning practical tools that support lasting change.

In addition to working with couples, I support individuals experiencing concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), family trauma, and relationship challenges. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based approaches, and elements of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) to help clients develop insight, resilience, and healthier patterns in their daily lives.

As a Christian therapist, I also offer faith-based counseling for those who wish to incorporate their spiritual beliefs into the therapeutic process. My goal is to meet clients where they are—whether that means integrating faith or focusing entirely on psychological approaches.

If you’re looking to strengthen your relationship, improve communication, or work through personal challenges, I strive to create a supportive and nonjudgmental space where growth and healing can take place. I would be honored to walk alongside you in this process.
