Couples Therapist

About Me

  • Navigating the complexities of relationships can often feel overwhelming, leaving couples feeling stranded without a clear path forward. The challenges you face together may seem insurmountable. In my role as your therapist, I am here to accompany you on this journey, providing support and guidance to help you find healing and strengthen your bond along the way.

With a strong foundation in couples therapy, I bring extensive experience in working with partners facing a wide array of challenges. My background includes supporting couples through complex trauma, co-occurring disorders, and the intricate dynamics of family life. This experience is enriched by my personal journey as a foster and adoptive parent and working with high-needs children, allowing me to deeply understand the stresses and strains that can impact a relationship.

In addition to my work with couples, I have helped individuals navigate grief and loss, infertility, weight issues, and depression. These experiences have honed my ability to address the unique challenges that couples may face, either individually or together, impacting their relationship.

My approach to couples therapy is rooted in the belief that every challenge, no matter its size, presents an opportunity for growth and deeper connection. Together, we will work to equip you with the skills and insights needed to navigate the complexities of your relationship, overcome the obstacles you face, and rediscover peace and happiness as a united pair.
