About Me

  • Relationships are one of the most meaningful—and sometimes most challenging—parts of life. When communication breaks down, trust is damaged, or emotional connection fades, it can deeply affect your sense of stability and well-being. As a couples therapist, I’m passionate about helping partners navigate these challenges in a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space.

I specialize in couples therapy and marriage counseling, working with partners to strengthen communication, repair trust, and restore emotional intimacy. Whether you're facing ongoing conflict, recovering from betrayal, or simply looking to reconnect, I tailor therapy to meet your relationship’s unique needs and goals.

My therapeutic approach is collaborative, flexible, and grounded in evidence-based practices. Every couple brings a different dynamic to the therapy room, and I adjust my techniques to fit what works best for you and your partner—while always maintaining a clear focus on your shared vision for the relationship.

In addition to my work with couples, I also provide support to individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, grief, substance use, and major life transitions. My background includes extensive experience working with at-adults in psychiatric settings, and individuals experiencing acute mental health crises—including first responders in high-stress environments.

No matter where you’re starting from, I’m here to walk with you as you work toward healing, clarity, and connection—within yourself and within your relationship.
